Refund policy
We hope that you will love the items that you have ordered from us, but we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange the return of an item.
In the first instance, please contact us via email, phone, social media or the contact page on our website, so that we can provide you with the return address.
We will happily exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Unless the item is defective, damaged or not as described/ordered, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend obtaining proof of postage/delivery as we cannot be liable for items that we do not receive.
The goods must be in the original packaging, where applicable, in perfect condition with no damage.
Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged please inform us as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery. Damaged goods reported after this time will be accepted at our discretion.
Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods, a replacement or refund will be arranged for you. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in their original condition.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our website returns policy.
