Delivery Locations

At the present time, Daisy Chain Jewellery only ship to the UK including Northern Ireland.

 

Order Processing

Daisy Chain Jewellery aim to operate a prompt service, and where possible despatch your order on the same working day if the order is received before noon. Orders received after noon, on a weekend / bank holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

During busy periods, order processing may take slightly longer. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Services

Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of £2.99 for orders under £30, and free for orders £30 and over. This is fulfilled by Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 service, which aims for delivery within 3 working days across 94% of UK postcodes.

Express shipping is offered at a flat rate of £3.99 for orders under £30, or £1.99 for orders £30 and over. This is fulfilled by Royal Mail using their Tracked 24 service, which aims for next day delivery across 95% of UK postcodes.

Delivery normally takes place between 7am and 6pm Monday - Saturday.

All parcels are tracked and include delivery confirmation.

 

Delays and Issues

Royal Mail delays can occur during peak times or due to weather or other disruptions. This is outside of our control.
However, if your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days following despatch, please contact us at hello@daisychainjewellery.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Your Responsibilities

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If we haven't already shipped your order, please contact us immediately if you notice that your address is incorrect.
